Command the immune system. Keep the body in balance.

A patient's body is under attack, and you are running the control room. Viruses crawl through the body's tunnels toward its organs. Place immune cells along the way, keep the ATP flowing and hold every system together, while your crew of four operators cheers, panics and points at the monitors.

What's in the free demo

• Tower defense inside the body. Build Sentinels, Neutrophils, Macrophages and Plasma Cells along the tunnels of the Digestive and Cerebral systems. Mitochondria power the economy.
• Four virus strains, each with its counter: the Common virus, the fast Swarmer, the gland-draining Leech and the ranged Spitter. Viruses mutate as the run goes on.
• System powers with a price. Gastric Acid and Fever turn the tide, but they wear down the organs that produce them.
• Living organs. Food falls into the stomach and blocks your building spots, and migraines weaken the brain's defenses.
• The neural network: 25 upgrades to spend ATP on during a run.
• Strengthen the body. Trade your run for immune memory, then start a new cycle stronger.
• 6 protocols, about 20 to 40 minutes of play.
• Available in English, Español, Deutsch, Português and Français.

The full game

The full game adds the Lymphatic, Pulmonary and Cardiovascular systems, six new strains (including a colony boss), six new defenses, three more system powers, the complete neural network and immune memory, and the endless Outbreak after the last protocol.

Controls

Mouse to build, upgrade and recycle. Space pauses, 1/2/3 set the speed, Tab switches between the body and a system, B opens the neural network, N calls the next wave early, I opens pathogen intel, and Q/W trigger the system powers. Every key can be remapped in CONTROLS.
